Proceeding a careful analysis of the socio – economic diversity of Sri Lankan community, we have developed an ideal solution of cost effective yet unique and elegant Design & Build concepts for the housing needs of Majority of the Sri Lankan population.

We have tried out affordable Luxury houses in our Pilot Project which resulted in ground breaking success. By this we clearly understood the needs and requirements of the suburban community and we have already laid our plans for our next project in the outskirts of Colombo and further to expand it to major cities of the Island.
